Step 1: Click on Calls & Contacts in the left hand menu. Then when the dropdown opens, click on the Today’s Calls sub-menu item (as shown above).
On this page, you have the ability to see the list of calls you should make today. Click on the Take Action button next to the contact you want to speak with and follow the prompts to connect.
